Built for freelancers who mean business

Run your whole freelance business from one place.

Clients, projects, invoices, your published portfolio, and the obligations you have to keep track of. Lance, the assistant built in, drafts the work and waits for you to approve it.

Core is free forever. No card to start.

01.Invoicing

Invoicing built on your client records

Pick a client and the Studio fills in their rate and their currency. Adjust the line items until the total is right, then send. What you sent is what the invoice keeps saying.

Invoice Studio
Invoice Studio mid-edit: four line items, each with a quantity, a rate in US dollars and its own amount, and an invoice total of USD 7,975.00 with the equivalent in Philippine pesos underneath
The Studio while an invoice is being built. The total under the line items is live.
Line items with a total that keeps up
Add, edit or remove a line and the invoice total updates with it, so you are never sending a figure you worked out somewhere else.
Each client billed in their own currency
The invoice takes the currency saved on the client. Your own display currency shows underneath it, converted, so you can still read the number at a glance.
Payment details frozen onto the invoice
Your account details are copied onto the invoice when it is created. Change banks next year and every invoice you already sent still shows the account it was sent with.
INV-2026-0184
The payment end of the finished invoice: a subtotal and a total of USD 7,975.00, and beneath them a bank transfer card giving the account holder, account type, routing number, account number, SWIFT code, bank name and bank address
The account details printed here are the copy saved with the invoice.
Four templates on Elite and Prime
Core sends on the classic template. Paid plans open the other three, and remove the Freelance Prime mark from the document.
Lance

Lance can draft it for you. Ask for this month's invoice and it works the figures out from the client's saved billing setup. It comes back as a proposal with the numbers showing. Nothing is created until you confirm.

02.Portfolio

A portfolio you publish at your own link

Lay your work out in the Story Studio, pick how each line of text arrives, and publish the whole thing to a page you can send to anyone.

A link, not an attachment
Your portfolio lives at freelanceprime.online/p/your-name. Anyone can open it without an account, and you can keep editing it after you have sent it.
Twelve ways to bring a line of text in
Typewriter, blur, per-word stagger and nine more, set per piece of text rather than page wide. Every one of them holds still for a visitor who has asked for reduced motion.
The same page as a PDF
Export it when a client wants a document instead of a link. It is generated from the portfolio you already published, so there is no second version to keep up to date.

Publishing to a public link is on Elite and Prime. The animated WebGL backdrops are Prime only.

Published portfolio
A published portfolio page: the freelancer's name set very large, their role beneath it, a Get in touch button, and an initials tile in place of a profile photo
03.Lance

An AI assistant that proposes, then waits for you

Ask Lance for this month's invoice, an email for the one nobody has paid, a new date for a meeting, or a report on where the year is going.

Lance can read your account and work things out from it. It cannot write to it. Anything that would change, create or send something comes back as a card with the figures showing, and it sits there until you press Confirm.

That is how the assistant is built rather than a preference you set. Its tools have no write path, so there is no state of the app in which it quietly does something and tells you afterwards.

Recent invoices with their amount, currency and status.
get_upcoming_holidays

prepare_invoice
Works an invoice out from the client's saved rate. It does not create it.
prepare_send_invoice
Drafts the email for an invoice you already have. It does not send it.
prepare_move_event
Suggests a new date for a calendar event. It does not move it.
prepare_feedback
Writes a feedback request to a client. It does not send it.
prepare_report
Builds a report from your own figures, addressed to your own account email. It does not send it.

Confirming is what calls the real endpoint, under your own account and its usual checks. Cancel and nothing was ever written.

04.Past the highlight reel

The operations side, covered too

Document tools, reports built from your own rows, invoices that go out on a cadence you set, and a running list of what is due.

Doc Toolbox

Six document tools, no other software

Turn a PDF into images, add fillable fields, shrink a file, and convert between Word and PDF, all inside the app you already have open. Drafting a document from a prompt is on Elite and Prime.

Reports

Lance emails you the numbers

Earnings by month or by year, invoice status, client activity, cash flow, your schedule, and a tax set-aside tracker. The app works the figures out from your own rows; the model never writes a number. Core covers monthly earnings and invoice status, and the rest come with Elite.

Obligations

Everything due, tracked and explained

Recurring obligations with their due dates, loan amortization, and HMO cover, with a reminder before each one lands. It works out what is owed and tells you; it never pays anything for you. For accounts based in the Philippines it also calculates SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR income tax from your declared income.

Is my data safe?

Every account is isolated in the database with row-level security, so one account's queries cannot reach another account's rows. It runs on Supabase, which encrypts data in transit and at rest as part of the platform. We do not sell your data, you can export your clients, invoices and activity, and you can delete the account outright.

Your business, finally in one place.

Making an account takes an email and a password. Core is free and stays free, and nothing here asks you for a card.
