How cancellations and refunds work on Freelance Prime, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

01Paid plans are not yet on sale

Freelance Prime is currently free during early access, and no paid plan is on sale today. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations will work once paid plans (Core, Elite, and Prime) launch, so you know the terms in advance. We will update the “Last updated” date when paid plans go live and will not change the substance of the guarantee below without notice.

02Cancelling a subscription

Once paid plans are live, you will be able to cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not end your access early: your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then reverts to the free Core plan. We do not charge cancellation fees.

0330-day money-back guarantee

The first time you upgrade from Core to a paid plan, you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Freelance Prime isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of that first payment and we will honor it, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per account, to your first paid purchase.

04How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page or email support@freelanceprime.online with your account email and the date you were charged. We aim to confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

05How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider back to your original payment method. Processing times after that point depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.

06Renewals and later billing periods

The 30-day guarantee covers your first purchase only. Renewal charges after that window are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and we will still hear you out if something went wrong on our end (a billing error, an outage, a feature that didn't work as described).

07Usage-based add-ons

If usage-based add-ons (such as AI credit packs) are offered, they are refundable only while unused. Once a credit has been spent on an action, that portion is not refundable.

08Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer protection right you have under the law of your country or state. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.

09Changes & contact

We may update this policy as paid plans develop, and will revise the “Last updated” date for material changes. Questions about refunds or cancellations can be sent to support@freelanceprime.online.
